1. Canceling monthly renewal
A customer may cancel at any time by emailing support@calltheforeman.com. A request received before the next renewal is processed will stop that renewal. The request should identify the business and be sent by an authorized account contact. Foreman will confirm receipt and the effective cancellation date.
2. Service through the paid period
Unless the checkout terms or a safety issue state otherwise, service is intended to continue through the end of the current paid monthly period. Canceling future renewal does not by itself create a refund; refund eligibility is governed by the published refund policy. A request received after a renewal has already been processed stops the following renewal unless the new charge qualifies for a refund.
3. Safe phone-routing removal
Cancellation is not complete until phone routing is understood. Foreman will provide the applicable instructions to disable or change forwarding and will identify any provisioned number or configuration that will stop operating.
The service will not intentionally turn off a route in a way that silently drops calls. The business remains responsible for completing carrier or phone-system changes it controls and verifying that its public number rings at the intended destination.
4. Data after cancellation
Access and retention after cancellation will follow the privacy policy and any legal retention obligations. A customer should make any permitted export or deletion request through the published support channel before the applicable retention window ends.
5. Confirmation and billing records
Foreman will keep an operational record of the cancellation request, effective date, renewal status, routing handoff, and any payment-provider action required to prevent future renewal.
