Text messages from Foreman

Foreman is inbound call answering software for plumbing businesses, operated by PFC Ventures LLC of 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. When a plumbing business cannot pick up, Foreman answers the call, captures the job, and sends the business a callback summary. This page explains every text message we send, who receives it, how someone agrees to receive it, and how to stop.

What we send

Call summary you asked for

Who receives it: Someone who called our demo line and said yes when asked if we should text it.
How often: One message per request.

Callback summary for your business

Who receives it: Plumbing businesses with an active Foreman subscription, for calls Foreman answered on their behalf.
How often: Varies with how many calls you miss.

Example: Foreman: new callback request. URGENT. [Caller first name] - [callback number]. [Service address]. Reported: burst pipe, water still running. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Account and usage notices

Who receives it: Plumbing businesses with an active Foreman subscription.
How often: Rarely. Usually about answered-minute usage.

Example: Foreman: you have used 120 of your 150 included answered minutes this month. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

How to stop messages
